Home Instead, Inc. is seeking a Technical Trainer. A Bachelor’s degree and two years experience in a training position is preferred. This position demands the ability to demonstrate effective oral and written communication and interpersonal skills as well as sound judgment and good decision-making skills. You must demonstrate discretion, integrity, and fair-mindedness consistent with company standards, practices, policies, and procedures.
Responsibilities include the following:
· Provide dynamic, interactive, and professional training on Home Instead’s proprietary operations software to franchise staff using WebEx Training Center
· Conduct in-person software training sessions as needed
· Design and maintain lesson plans, training guides, and other training materials
· Track and monitor attendance and evaluations
