Product Sales Specialist/Cosmetics and Skin Care

REPORTS TO:  Director of Aesthetica Day Spa

BASED AT:  Aesthetica Day Spa, Omaha's premier day spa devoted to skin care. 

PURPOSE: To provide patients and customers with excellent customer service, educate clients on                      proper skin care solutions, suggest product, and perform other duties as assigned.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Educates new and existing customers on Aesthetica Day Spa many products and services
• Answers telephone calls professionally and greets clients with a smile
• Places orders for online customers
  
• Books appointments 
• Promotes sales of all products and services
• Participates in product training
• Counts, opens, and closes the drawer
• Makes product samples and labels product
• Restocks products and rearranges product displays
  
• Checks spa clients in and out
• Creates gift certificates on the computer
  
• Maintains a clean, organized work/file area
• Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

1-2 years of experience in retail sales, with an enormous passion for sales. Proven track record in "solution sales". Beauty industry experience a huge plus. Commitment to outstanding customer service. Must be a quick learner and a thoughtful team member.
