Below is the description for the Administrative Assistants
Responsibilities include:
· Supporting several attorneys
· Data entry of claims
· Basic administrative duties, including, but not limited to:
· Typing
· Filing
· Opening Mail
· Processing Invoices
· Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
· Proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel
· Exceptional verbal and written skills
· Professional demeanor and meticulous attention to detail
· Ability to work overtime as needed
· Must be flexible with the ability to handle a fast paced environment
