Position Description
Teach and coordinate classroom, laboratory and clinical courses in the areas of Cardio-Respiratory Care Sciences. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, teaching various courses in the curriculum including Neonatal and Pediatric clinical and classroom teaching. Recruit and advise students; participate in service activities, engage/collaborate in research, participate in departmental and college committees and other assignments as needed. Continuing education and professional activities are encouraged.  
Applicant must be a Registered Therapist with a minimum two years full time post registry Pediatric/Neonatal Clinical experience. Candidate must have completed Masters degree in a related field by June 30, 2009. Full time recent respiratory therapy college teaching experience required. Preference will be given to applicants with certification in Neonatal and pediatric Specialty by National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC). Candidates should have interest in didactic/clinical teaching, scholarly activities and community service.
