Primary Duties: The Laboratory Assistant performs a variety of job duties including data entry, moderate and high-complexity testing, specimen processing, microtomy, and autopsy assistance, as needed.

Minimum Qualifications: An Associate's degree in Applied Science is required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Must be 19 years of age or older per CLIA requirements. Excellent customer service and communication skills are required. Moderate computer skills are also required. Ideal candidates will have good critical thinking skills and good decision-making skills, and strong time management skills. Successful candidates are able to learn quickly and adapt to changes comfortably.

Schedule: Primarily day shift (Monday through Friday); start times can rotate
