Must be at least 18 years old, mature, reliable, with a proven work history.
Must be able to be on your feet for 5 to 9 hours at a time. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Must have reliable transportation, to include all Holidays except Christmas, Easter, and Thanksgiving.
Quick Service Restaurant experience a plus. Must be used to a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Shift Hours include closing the store several days per week (3:00 PM until 10:30 PM), and at least one weekend day (Sat: Noon until 10:30 PM, Sunday Noon until 8:30 PM). Hours will vary on a weekly, and seasonal basis. Average work week is 25 to 30 hours.
Position is for preparing and serving Dairy Queen Ice-cream and Orange Julius Fruit Smoothies.
Includes washing dishes, floors, cabinets, and maintaining a clean, sanitized work environment as required by the Douglas County Health department, International Dairy Queen, and owner.
New crew members will be taught how to prepare and serve the food products and will be taught how to clean and sanitize to Health Department standards.
This is a job in which you are constantly busy, either prepping foods, stocking, cleaning, sanitizing, or serving customers.
