LALA Foods is a young yet fast-growing US subsidiary of Grupo LALA, the leading producer and marketer of dairy products in Mexico. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Production Scheduler.  The Scheduler is responsible for analyzing sales and inventory data as well as helping to set inventory levels and production levels in the most efficient way to support all plant functions.  This position will be responsible for scheduling and over seeing all aspects of supply chain for production and distribution.  In addition the Production Scheduler will be accountable for finished goods inventory accuracy and monitoring shrink. 

 

Other responsibilities include by are not limited to analyzing and helping to develop plans for raw materials, finished products, inventory, scheduling finished goods, and capacity planning.  This position will collaborate with Demand Forecasting and Purchasing to carry our the capacity plan.  Additionally this position is responsible for continuously improving the development, process mapping, and documentation instructions for our work processes. 

 

A high school diploma is required.  Scheduling experience is highly desired.  The chosen candidate will possess supply chain flow experience, excellent computer skills, and the ability to learn quickly. 

 

SAP experience is preferred.
