Maintenance Manager

Position Overview

LoneMountain truck leasing is looking for a key person to join our team.  The primary objective of this role is to manage all shop and logistic functions.

Responsibilities

• Responsible to manage the shop, parts, and logistics of moving trucks.
• Implement new policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5 plus years of relevant Management experience

Additional Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills, professionalism, and project management skills
• Self motivating and strong in managing the relationship with employees and the business
• Must be hands on and have knowledge about class 8 trucks
• Class A CDL is a plus
