Position Description
Description
  • Provides day-to-day technical support for network infrastructure and internal desktop systems software and hardware.
  • Installs, configures and troubleshoots desktop systems, workstations, servers and network issues.
  • Maintains passwords, data integrity and file system security.
  • Recommends hardware and software solutions, including new acquisitions and upgrades.
  • Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree Equivalent Experience required.
  • Ideal skills include: Ability to learn and use professional concepts.
  • Ability to communicate highly technical information to both technical and non-technical users.
  • Experience with Microsoft WDS and SCCM administration and support.
