Description: Performs emergency repair, preventive maintenance and equipment
installations. Responds to customer-initiated service calls. Completes daily
documentation.
Perform inventory control functions and routine shop duties. Responds to pager
calls.
Provides customer training as needed. Determines action to be taken on equipment
problems
and requests technical assistance. Makes decisions on emergency parts ordering
and routine
service call prioritizing.
Qualifications: Associates degree in Electronics or equivalent
- Strong mechanical abilities.
- Strong customer relations skills.
- Ability to work rotating shifts.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to handle, operate, maintain, manipulate and adjust - test equipment, hand power tools and assigned equipment.
- Ability to make major repairs. Ability to perform essential/primary functions without posting a
- direct threat’ to the health and safety of self or others.
- Ability to travel on occasion.
- Ability to remove/replace heavy components from equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in high noise level and paper dust environment.
- Requires close vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus.
- Note: Employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and risk of electrical shock.
Must be able to successfully complete a post offer, pre placement drug screen
and background check.
Shift: 11:30pm - 8:00am
Schedule: Saturday - Wednesday
