This position will report to the office Department Manager and be responsible for leading the growth and development of the W/WW Program in the San Antonio and South Texas Area.

Primary responsibilities include advancing of business development strategies, pursuit of new clients and new projects, client management, project management for key projects, technical input on projects, and staff development. Collaborate with other business class and marketing staff in the pursuit of new projects, taking a leadership role in selected key pursuits. Serve as client manager for key clients providing leadership in addressing client issues and coordination of multiple projects. Serve as Project Manager for key/strategic projects, provide technical input for program, and assist in developing capabilities of business group staff. Oversee selection, development and direction of key business group staff.



Working with company management, assist in preparing annual revenue forecasts and budgets, and monitoring performance of business group services.

Lead business group strategic plan implementation. Coordinate activities with company, regional and local managers.
